Hybrid Workers are more Peaceful and Performing

Prior Covid-19, hybrid work was a taboo. Some raised the idea but timid support was shown. Big offices in high towers were hard to challenge. Internal politics is always high no matter how HR professionals tried to work on team coherence and culture. Technology, cloud based softwares and the recent lockdowns ignited the need for hybrid workforce and surpisingly performance was at its peak although the world was going into a global pandemic and the economy was not performing at its best.

It is amazing how humanity needs challenges to be able to undertake drastic changes. Today, the world is embracing hybrid remote working and day by day, big offices in the high towers are holding signs 'for sale' or 'for rent'. The world is changing, and only those who saw it coming can have the self satisfaction; seeing today what they already forecasted in the previous years.

Working from home brings peace, grounds your teams and minimize drastically internal frictions at the office. Hybrid working, with the use of technology, can detect accurately who is performing and who is not. Those individuals, whom in the past, use to climb the corporate ladder at the expence of hard working individuals, are getting instinct.

We are a hybrid community and we are building a remote team, from all walks of life.
